As a pioneer in the traditional Chinese medicine fermentation industry, BIO EARN follows national policies and conforms to the healthy development trend of the agricultural and animal husbandry industry. It always adheres to the concept of green and antibiotic free breeding, with the aim of producing green and pollution-free products, protecting animal health, and ensuring food safety as its own responsibility; The Feed Antibiotic Engineering Technology Research Center established by the company is a municipal level research and development center in the feed additive industry in Henan Province. The R&D center has: microbiology room, strain preservation room, fermentation traditional Chinese medicine laboratory, testing and analysis laboratory, fermentation laboratory, pilot laboratory, commercial product R&D room, solid-state product R&D room, product comprehensive R&D room, animal testing laboratory, and cultivation room. There are three separate sterile room work areas, multiple high standard ultra clean workbenches, and air purification rooms and sterile rooms that meet Class 10000 standards.

The company currently has more than 500 employees in 34 provinces and cities across the country, including 7 with a master's degree or above and 126 with a college degree or above. In 2020, the company built its own research and development and production base in Xiuwu County, Jiaozuo City.
